Michael Bosch

In Michael Bosch’s 28-year Real Estate career, he has sold over 1.6 billion in real estate and negotiated more than 300 sale and lease transactions.  Michael was recognized by Coldwell Banker in 2003 as a member of the International President’s Circle, and for Coldwell Banker Commercial was made an Elite Member for Closed $1,000,000 Transactions. A recognized specialist in both Residential & Commercial real estate, he has been a frequent speaker on the topic for television, radio and print publications, including the Wall Street Journal.  Michael’s San Francisco Bay Area practice focuses on both Residential & Commercial sale and lease properties.  Nationwide, his client representation targets commercial real estate sales.  Michael is also a principal for Resort Development & Advisors; an international consulting group specializing in the resort industry Michael is an active member of several commercial real estate organizations. 

His client list includes:  Merrill Lynch, Smith Barney, Sentinal Real Estate, Fox and Carskadon Financial Corporation, Southmark Realty, Consolidated Capital, Wall Street Financial, SMS Investment Corporation, W.M. Daugherty & Company, and Pulte Homes.

Currently, Michael is the Vice President of Mid Pacific Real Estate in San Francisco, CA, where he specialized in both residential and commercial property sales, and in the sale of Real Estate Owned properties of major banks and lending institutions.

Michael is a graduate of the University of Maryland, with a BS in Business Administration.  He holds real estate licenses in both California and Hawaii.
